What artwork formats do you accept for my order?
We can accept anything: e-mailed art, faxed art, or mailed hard copy. Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Remember, your artwork will be handled personally by a member of our art team. They have the experience and education required to make sure everything turns out just like you imagined it! Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions at all. |
When in the order process will I be billed?
You will not be billed (or your credit card charged) until your order is shipped. In rare cases a deposit may be required, but your customer care representative will have discussed this with you prior to your order being processed. |
What If I can't find a product?
Many custom and name brand items are not listed on our web site. If you cannot find the product (s) you are looking for, please e-mail our experienced staff at sales@imppi.com. |
