An Overview of the Ordering Process: After placing your order on this site or e-mailing to: sales@imppi.com,, we will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order. One of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order by confirming product availability, production time and review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times. Our order specialists will also offer any recommendations should our expertise be helpful and/or additional discounts from our top wholesale suppliers. Once your order is reviewed, we will e-mail and/or fax an order acknowledgement with your proof showing the artwork to be printed and placement on your selected item. Pre-Production Proofs / E-PROOFS: We can produce an actual proof of your item imprinted with your logo prior to producing the entire order. Since we gaurentee quality, we recommend an Electronic PROOF (e-mail version) on all orders where time permits.
